These Terms & Conditions govern use of the REV SALES website, applications, software, and related services. By creating an account or using REV SALES, you agree to these Terms.

1. REV SALES service

REV SALES provides software tools for businesses, including customer management, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoices, payment tracking, receipts, messaging, review requests, reporting, and related operational features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account.

3. Business responsibility

Businesses using REV SALES are responsible for the accuracy of their estimates, invoices, taxes, services, pricing, customer records, communications, payment requests, marketing, and compliance obligations.

4. SMS messaging terms

REV SALES enables participating businesses to send text messages to customers who have provided appropriate consent. Messages may include service estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, payment requests, receipts, service follow-ups, review requests, and promotional messages where separate marketing consent has been obtained.

• Message frequency varies based on customer activity and the business’s use of REV SALES.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance where supported, or contact the sending business or REV SALES support.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses must maintain appropriate customer consent and may not use REV SALES to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.

5. Marketing communications

Promotional or marketing SMS messages should only be sent to recipients who have provided the legally required level of consent. Transactional consent must not automatically be treated as marketing consent.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Certain REV SALES features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, trials, renewals, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed during checkout.

7. Third-party services

REV SALES may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, messaging, authentication, and related functionality.
